PURPOSE
This addendum codifies known weaknesses, exploitable vectors, and handling protocols for Entity-56-V (“The Creature”), and integrates these findings into standard containment training (FRK series). It is intended for use in simulation drills, personnel briefings, and containment infrastructure upgrades. Any deviation from prescribed measures requires Level 6+ authorization.
SUMMARY OF KNOWN VULNERABILITIES (OPERATIONAL — NON-EXHAUSTIVE)
Neuro-Suppressant Susceptibility
Empirical data: Entity exhibits measurable behavioral suppression when exposed to Division-approved neuro-suppressant agents (see DAP/PHARM/NS-47 for formulation family). Effect: reduction in gross motor activity, temporary loss of coordinated mimicry, and lowered aggression thresholds for 8–18 hours depending on application vector.
Operational note: Repeated use produces tolerance; dosing windows must be varied and coordinated with Chronotemporal Studies to avoid desensitization.
Electromagnetic Resonance Disruption (EMRD)
Entity’s anomalous neural oscillations are dampened by patterned EM fields administered at specific frequencies (site-calibrated). Deployable via chamber grid; effective as a passive containment assist.
Caution: prolonged EMRD causes episodes of disorientation that may precipitate violent outbursts — release rates must be moderated.
Auditory Masking / White-Noise Field
High sensitivity to auditory input; mimicry and vocal escalation are triggered by identifiable human-voice frequencies. Continuous white-noise masking (broad-spectrum, non-harmonic) reduces instances of mimicry and lowers social agitation.
Operational use: white-noise employed during all external maintenance operations and when unapproved speech occurs in proximal corridors.
Photonic Stress Response
Controlled bright-photonic exposure (short-duration, high-lux pulses) produces stark aversive behavior and temporary ocular disorientation. Reserve for non-lethal distraction and safe extraction windows.
Contraindication: Site protocol currently prescribes constant low-light for basal containment; photonic interventions must be overseen by Level 6 medical officer.
Thermal Gradient Shock (LIMITED EFFECT)
Rapid thermal change (cold-to-heat or heat-to-cold) creates transient motor slowdown; however regenerative tissue properties mitigate long-term utility. Use as adjunctive, not primary, measure.
Social & Cognitive Levers (Psychological Vulnerability)
Entity retains high-fidelity memory fragments and strong creator fixation. Mention of certain proper nouns (notably: Victor, García, father, creator) is a documented trigger event, producing escalation from brooding to violent agitation in a non-linear timeframe.
Behavioral exploitation: Entity is responsive to intellectual engagement and consistent, respectful routines. Coercion, ridicule, or deceptive empathy quickly erodes cooperative state.
Chemical Corrosives & High-Energy Ballistics — INEFFECTIVE
Conventional kinetic and chemical attacks produce limited, temporary harm due to rapid regenerative/healing properties. Use of such measures is discouraged except as absolute last resort under Oversight mandate.
AUTHORIZED HANDLING & INTERACTION PROTOCOLS (FRK-20 OPS)
Clearance & Rotation: Only personnel with Clearance 4+ and FRK-20 certification may enter proximity zones. Mandatory psychological baseline every 72 hours for staff assigned to Entity contact rotations. Rotation cadence: 4 hours (in-chamber observant) / 20 hours (support duties).
Language Protocol (BAN LIST): The following lexical items are prohibited in audible range of containment: “Victor,” “Frankenstein,” “García,” “father,” “monster,” “kill him,” and site-specific nicknames. Any utterance of banned terms requires immediate escalation: audio lockdown → white-noise field activation → personnel check.
Interaction Scripts: Approved scripts for staff interactions are provided in Appendix FRK-20-A (voice templates for medical, security, and research contacts). Scripts emphasize: neutral tone, third-person framing, avoidance of creator pronouns, and explicit boundary statements.
De-escalation Sequence: (1) Immediate white-noise masking; (2) EMRD ramp to containment baseline; (3) neuro-suppressant aerosol/implant pod deployment if agitation persists > 90s; (4) tactical soft-capture if metrics exceed escalation threshold. All steps logged in secure chain-of-custody.
MEDICAL & RESEARCH CONSTRAINTS
Companion Requests: Any research into “companion/partner” constructs is prohibited below Directorate level. Per Directorate Memorandum DAP/OVS-██ (see FRK-ADDENDUM), authorization to pursue creation must be signed by Level 7. All inquiries, offers, or proposals relating to synthetic/biological companion creation are to be routed, unredacted, to Oversight Command.
Recovery Attempts: Current recovery operations aimed at reconstructing Victor Frankenstein García’s methodology have proven unsuccessful; fragmented lab logs and corrupted neural-echo datasets prevent reliable replication. Chronotemporal Studies ranks reproducibility probability as NEGLIGIBLE without irrecoverable data.
Ethical Guardrails: Any experimental protocol that proposes irreversible biological alteration, necro-revival, or full-persona transference must be reviewed under DAP Ethics Board (Level 7 concurrence) and publicly logged in restricted registry DAP/ETH/FRK.
TRAINING EXERCISES (FRK-20 CURRICULUM)
Module FRK-20.1 — Containment Simulation: Live table-top and virtual-reality runs simulating: breach scenarios, white-noise deployment, EMRD modulation, neuro-suppressant logistics. Mandatory quarterly refresher for all Clearance 4+ staff.
Module FRK-20.2 — Interaction & De-escalation Workshop: Role-play with trained actors replicating authenticated speech patterns that historically trigger escalation. Emphasis on avoidance of banned lexicon and proper script adherence.
Module FRK-20.3 — Cognitive Bias & Empathy Training: Recognize staff tendency toward anthropomorphism; maintain clinical boundaries while preserving humane treatment obligations. Includes psychological resilience training for long-term care teams.
Assessment: Passing requires demonstrated proficiency in scenario performance, plus written exam on vulnerabilities and containment parameters. Failures mandating reassignment and remedial training.
INCIDENT RESPONSE (Breach / Trigger Events)
Initial Detection: Any sudden increase in chamber audio output, wall impact > 3.0g, or unauthorized speech detected triggers Tier-2 alarm.
Immediate Actions (T+0 to T+120s): Audio lockdown → white-noise full-spectrum → EMRD ramp to 70% operational threshold → neuro-suppressant pods primed.
Tactical Response (T+120s+): If containment breach imminent, initiate soft-capture teams with non-lethal suppression measures as per FRK-20 Appendix B. Lethal force authorized only under direct Oversight Command order.
Post-Incident: Psychological debrief for all personnel; mandatory log submission within 4 hours. Full forensic sweep and data integrity check by Chronotemporal Studies.
SPECIAL CAUTION — CREATOR-REFERENCE TRIGGER (MANDATORY)
Nature of Trigger: Reference to Victor Frankenstein García functions as a potent, emotionally-salient stimulus. Recollection is associative and multi-modal (name + contextual narrative + sensory cue). Manifestations include rapid heartbeat, mimicry amplification, focused aggression, and extended episodes of vocal repetition.
Operational Restriction: Under no circumstances are records, audio files, or visual materials naming Victor to be played or cited within audible range of Entity-56-V. Secure archives referencing Victor must be accessed via redacted-view terminals located > 500m from containment perimeter.
Containment Implication: Personnel who inadvertently trigger the entity with creator references must self-report immediately; failure to report is grounds for disciplinary action and removal from containment roster.
OVERSIGHT & REVIEW CYCLE
Review Frequency: FRK-20 addendum reviewed bi-annually or following any Tier-3 incident.
Amendments: Proposed changes require Level 6 vetting and Level 7 ratification. All field modifications logged in DAP/CHANGE/FRK.

REFERENCE DESIGNATION: ENTITY-56-V
STATUS: CONTAINED — [SITE-██, SOUTHWESTERN DIVISION]
PURPOSE
Standardized dialogue ensures personnel maintain neutral tone, avoid lexical triggers, and prevent escalation events. The following scripts are mandatory for all verbal interactions within audible range of containment.
ENTRY PROTOCOL SCRIPT
(To be spoken upon entering chamber or initiating observation.)
“Entity-56-V, this is [RANK/TITLE]. I am entering under authorized procedure. I will speak plainly and respectfully. My role is observation, not judgment.”
MEDICAL ENGAGEMENT SCRIPT
(During vitals check or blood draw.)
“This is a routine examination. Your cooperation maintains stability. No harm is intended. When I am finished, restraints will remain in place, and I will depart.”
DIALOGUE MAINTENANCE SCRIPT
(For neutral conversation, preferred by Entity.)
“I will listen if you wish to speak. If silence is your choice, I will respect it. My presence does not change your condition, but I acknowledge your voice.”
DE-ESCALATION SCRIPT
(To be used if agitation begins — low tone, measured cadence.)
“Your voice is heard. Your condition is recorded. No one here will mock you. Calm is necessary for continued dialogue.”
EXIT PROTOCOL SCRIPT
(To be spoken before leaving chamber.)
“Entity-56-V, this concludes the session. I am leaving now. Guards will remain on post. You will not be harmed if boundaries are respected.”
NOTE:
Under no circumstances should staff deviate from scripted language with improvisations involving Victor, father, creator, or comparable triggers.
