SECURE SITES

Site-12B — Midlands Containment Annex

  • Status: Primary holding and research facility for IMG-03 related evidence (1994–present).

ANOMALY HOTSPOTS (UNVERIFIED / PROBABLE)

Hotspot H1 — Southern Docks (1997 Reports)

  • Evidence: Fishermen reported “ropes pulled by nothing,” grainy Polaroids of water disturbance.

  • Assessment: Plausible IMG-03 transit zone. No fatalities; unconfirmed.

Hotspot H2 — Telephone Exchange Facility [1995–96]

  • Evidence: Operators logged phantom calls; mimicry of relatives.
