OVERVIEW
This document consolidates operational intelligence on known and suspected IMG-03 activity zones during the 1990s. Locations are organized as secure sites (containment/observation facilities), active sectors (confirmed case activity), and anomaly hotspots (probable but unverified manifestations). Field teams used these nodes to triangulate Subject G’s movements and project further risk zones.
SECURE SITES
Site-12B — Midlands Containment Annex
Status: Primary holding and research facility for IMG-03 related evidence (1994–present).
Notes: Vaults contain VHS tapes, cassettes, biological fragments, and recovered serum vials. Constructed with redundant thermal, LIDAR, and ultrasonic grids. Nicknamed “the Hollow Ward” by staff.
Site-7C — Coastal Monitoring Station (North Sea)
Status: Secondary secure site, activated after Incident IMG-03-F (1996 maritime event).
Notes: Retrofit of decommissioned lighthouse. Maintains sonar and pressure-monitoring buoys. Also stores camcorder reels from Portside cluster.
Site-3A — [REDACTED URBAN FACILITY]
Status: Decommissioned.
Notes: Temporary holding space for rescued survivors (1992–1995). Closed after memetic contamination risk escalated due to repeated testimony rehearsals by survivors.
ACTIVE SECTORS (CONFIRMED 1990s ACTIVITY)
Sector A — Village Inn [1992]
Incident: POI Hall (POI-IMG-A1).
Artifact: VHS tapes, handwritten logbook entries.
Notes: Establishes Subject’s first civilian lodging. Treated as Ground Zero for IMG-03 emergence. Site abandoned; Directorate maintains covert monitoring via local utilities.
Sector B — Canal & Warehouse District [1993]
Incident: Marvel casualty (POI-IMG-B2).
Artifact: Disposable camera negatives, hand-written note.
Notes: Area prone to fog; low-visibility conditions ideal for Subject movement. Now redeveloped, but Directorate covertly embedded sensors in drainage system.
Sector C — Kemp Residence [1994]
Incident: Attempted assassination of Dr. Kemp (POI-IMG-C3).
Artifact: Corded phone logs, police dash-cam VHS.
Notes: House demolished under “structural hazard” pretext; underground remains now serve as training arena for grappling drills.
Sector D — Suburban Family Home [1995]
Incident: Mimicry event; two deceased, one survivor.
Artifact: Answering machine cassette.
Notes: Cleared and condemned. Directorate maintains hidden observation van nearby for ambient audio surveillance.
Sector E — Research Vessel, North Sea [1996]
Incident: Maritime assault; multiple casualties.
Artifact: Hi-8 camcorder tapes, sonar logs.
Notes: Vessel scuttled post-investigation; wreckage sealed to seabed. Monitoring buoys remain in grid.
Sector F — Market Town [1998]
Incident: Civilian mob pursuit.
Artifact: Local newspaper clippings, amateur camcorder tapes, police scanner cassettes.
Notes: Directorate front company purchased adjacent property; established covert archive front.
ANOMALY HOTSPOTS (UNVERIFIED / PROBABLE)
Hotspot H1 — Southern Docks (1997 Reports)
Evidence: Fishermen reported “ropes pulled by nothing,” grainy Polaroids of water disturbance.
Assessment: Plausible IMG-03 transit zone. No fatalities; unconfirmed.
Hotspot H2 — Telephone Exchange Facility [1995–96]
Evidence: Operators logged phantom calls; mimicry of relatives.
Assessment: Mimicry potential extends through wired audio lines; correlation with Family Unit incident. Surveillance scrapped in 2000 with digital upgrade.
Hotspot H3 — Deserted Factory (late 1990s)
Evidence: Local teens claimed “air pushed past” in stairwells; one injured.
Assessment: Could be opportunistic rumor; but dust displacement consistent with entity traits. Tagged for annual sweeps.
OPERATIONAL MAP SUMMARY (1990–1999)
Midlands (UK): Dense cluster — lodging inn, canal, Kemp residence. Treated as entity’s core range.
North Sea: Maritime capability confirmed; Site-7C established.
Urban Fringe / Suburbs: Mimicry events exploited family structures; ongoing risk in residential zones.
Small Town Populations: Susceptible to rumor escalation and mass panic (1998 case).
Trendline: Subject activity progressed inward to outward — from quiet lodging, to urban canals, to suburban homes, to open seas, and finally to public exposure. Suggests increasing confidence and compulsion for social impact, not mere survival.
