Status: Confirmed KIA (01:22, Oct 30). Cause: blunt / laceration trauma consistent with secondary effects during breach attempt. Notes: Specialist was in proximity to electronics; corollary burns present.

Assignment: Night shift, Hollow’s Bridge precinct.
Last comms: Civilian channel; “they found them; it’s bad.” (public comms log)
Status: Confirmed deceased. Cause: decapitation signature. Notes: Local PD jurisdiction; D.A.P. forensics conducted joint autopsy.

Operational summary: Fatalities commonly present decapitation-consistent trauma with ritualized secondary modifications. Casualty pattern does not consistently coincide with D.A.P.-monitored bait sites; HX-01 has demonstrated capacity to strike away from engineered loci.
